Richard Scott — Birmingham Recording Connection
I am Richard Scott. I graduated from Pelham High School in 2010. Ever since I was a kid my passion has always been around the music and arts culture. I try to make everyday of my life to count for music, and creating art in itself. I love all kinds of music, but my favorite genres would have to be Progressive Rock, and Classic Heavy Metal. Some of my personal favorite artists would be Tool, Deftones, Alice in Chains, etc... However, I do have an open mind to all kinds of genres.
I attended Troy University after graduating from high school, and I learned that I needed to be doing something more in order to achieve my goals. After working odd jobs and trying to start my life, I always felt that some form or fashion of music is what I would end up doing to live. I am very professional in my work, and I take it very seriously. However, I also love and enjoy every minute of what I do. I wanted to have an education in my profession so that I am knowledgable on different levels.
In my free time, I enjoy playing with my band. I play bass guitar in my band, but I started on a regular 6 string guitar growing up. I enjoy going to live shows and concerts in or around the Birmingham area. I have dedicated my life to this passion and I am eager to achieve as much as possible and help whoever needs my assistance along the way. Feel free to contact me anytime, and if you have any questions just ask!
