Day 1 there wasnt much to it. There was a confusing because my mentor was use to using the book rather than online. Matt gave me a more indept look in the studio explaining as much as he could. Told me the basic ideas of alot of the equipment including the big board. It is a very intimidating piece of equipment but I am very excited to go more in dept with it. We talked about what field of music engineering I am most interested in. He gave me the pros and cons of being a music engineer and/or music producing. This first day was mostly to get to know each other and see what I do and dont know.
